Art Enrichment

Fourth and fifth grade students learned about Optical Illusions during Art Enrichment time this week!
Optical illusions are images that trick the eye. The artists Bridget Riley and Victor Vasarely are great examples of Op Artists (artists who create art with optical illusions)! Students examined a variety of optical illusions, then drew their own!

Music Enrichment

5th grade students at Pelion Elementary School enjoy singing and learning about new instruments during Music Enrichment!

Parents Night at PES

Pelion Elementary held the first Parents' Night of the year on Tuesday! Everyone enjoyed dinner and an internet seminar with Winnie, our technology integration specialist. It was a great success!
